Lorraine Ave. attic bath

This bath got a new tile floor (notice the random black tiles), a new sink vanity and towel bars, new toilet, radiator box, new trim, new tub faucet and curtain ring, and of course new paint. The original clawfoot tub was reused, and oh my aching back.

AFTER Westover Hills laundry room

I layed new tile on the floor, built out the sidewall of the house, added insulation, hung new mold resistant sheet rock, slapped on lots o' mud, and added new trim and recessed lights... much better now.

This laundry room needs a "little" help...
