Bookcase

This oak bookcase is my own version of an early 20th century "knockdown" (easily diassembled for shipping) arts and crafts style, constructed with no nails or screws, joined only by mortise and tenon style construction.

Woodland Heights bath AFTER

Woodland Heights bath BEFORE

Woodland Heights kitchen AFTER

This kitchen now features painted oak cabinets, tile floor and countertops. The countertops have epoxy grout which is excellent for food surfaces. There are also new modern light fixtures, full view rear door and radiator covers.

Woodland Heights kitchen BEFORE

This circa 1930 house had a "renovation" done to the kitchen in the 70's or early 80's. Its needs a little helping hand now.

Northside basement bath

This basement was altered seriously. Now we have a lovely corner shower with a seat where there used to be a toilet and sink in the middle of a laundry room. The hall leading to the bath is all new construction also.
